Now here’s the main issue: The fitness industry is full of sh*t. I’m not saying it’s all bad advice out there. What I AM saying is that most programs are designed by lifters on high amounts of ‘gear’. It works for them but delivers little to no lasting results for the natural lifter. MONDAY: UPPER BODY

We will be hitting chest and back heavy, light shoulders, and heavy biceps, plus forearm work.

We’ll be hitting legs and heavy carries or sleds, or explosive jumps or sprints, plus abs and neck work.

FRIDAY: UPPER BODY

We will be hitting shoulders and lats heavy, light chest, and heavy triceps, plus forearm work.

The Superhero Body Masterclass follows a three-day-per-week training structure, designed to strike the perfect balance between progress and recovery. The routine uses an upper-lower split, featuring two upper body workouts — one focused on the chest and the other on the shoulders — along with one lower body session.

By hitting legs once a week, you get better recovery and less fatigue. Since lower body lifts are typically heavier — often twice as heavy as upper body movements — this approach keeps your legs strong and athletic without compromising your upper body progress.

The nutrition protocol for gaining muscle is very simple, only requiring the right calories and protein intake. As well, a balance of carbs and fat to support muscle growth and hormonal levels. With the Lean Bulking protocol, I’ll be assigning you a moderate daily calorie surplus, which will support the maximum rate of muscle growth. Now, to make building muscle as easy as possible, you want to just focus on hitting your calories and protein with wholesome foods.

The recomp is what I recommend if you’ve been too relaxed and maybe gained a little too much weight on the bulk.   • This program helps you at any level—beginner, novice, intermediate, or advanced.

    However starting out it’s great to have a base level of strength, like performing 10 push-ups and 5 chins ups. That said, we’ve had many clients joining that couldn’t perform a chin-up and after the first month, managed to bang out 5.

  • Yes! We can adjust exercises to suit your preferences. If you have injuries or pain, we’ll work on them. I‘m not a licensed physical therapist, but I’ve studied with top therapists and coaches around the US and Canada for over 4 years. I’ve helped many clients overcome injuries and pain, and I continue to do so.

  • We have an incredibly effective diet protocol to follow. That said, this approach revolves around intermittent fasting (14-16 hours each day) and hitting the appropriate number of calories and protein. Therefore, you can eat your favorite foods and meals while staying in amazing shape. Steak and potatoes, chocolate for dessert and lots of fruit fit the bill perfectly. That said, we also have some vegans that have adapted the diet to their needs.

  • Our clients start noticing physical changes within 4-6 weeks of the program, especially in strength and muscle. It’s so awesome. This is where your friends will really start to notice. And by week 12 you will be blown away at the transformation you made. Of course, this only happens when you follow the program and are committed.
