  • Michael

    FITNESS COACH

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Michael has always been drawn to hard work and creativity — from construction labor to apparel design. However, it all began with a movie called The Dark Knight Rises that sparked the flame for a lifelong passion for optimizing physical health/fitness and maximizing athletic ability.

At 19, rather than following a traditional college path, Michael set out to crave his own way forward, dedicating years to studying and learning from many successful and highly influential coaches and natural lifters across the U.S. and Canada. By combining their wisdom and insights, at 22 he built the ultimate training system that delivers what most programs overlook: not just strength, not just muscle, not just athleticism, but all of it together. His system is designed to create the most athletic and aesthetic version of yourself — the one that cultivates confidence in all areas of life.

Having transformed his own body and mindset, he now coaches others to do the same.

For Michael, fitness isn’t about temporary results. It’s about enriching your life without taking over it. It’s about building the foundation for a lifetime of growth, vitality, and becoming your greatest self.

  • William

STREGNTH & CONDITIONING + BOXING COACH

Coming from a background of hard work and labor from a young age, William grew up in Winston-Salem, where dedication and discipline became a way of life.

His upbringing taught him the value of perseverance, focus, and resilience — qualities that drove him towards an amateur boxing career from late 2021 to early 2023. William then decided to take a long layoff from amateur boxing to focus and dedicate himself towards building a gym which is now known as athletics & aesthetics, along with getting certified as a strength & conditioning coach.

“My training style and philosophy revolves around training the human body to prepare for war. I started training calisthenics since the age of 15 and then got introduced to the weights at 18. That’s what lead me to a path of training like a warrior. Throughout the years I’ve seen many great fighters and coaches, but the one thing they lack is a key understanding of the human anatomy and how the body moves. Just as it is strong, it is also flexible, it is dynamic. This is why I pay attention to the ancient way of training as I feel that modern day training lack dynamic movement as great as modern training is.”
